I offer free 30-minute consultation for all new clients. We’ll talk about what has brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to achieve. This is also when we’ll discuss the approach I use and how I work with clients. It’s a chance for you to ask any questions you have about the counselling process and ensure that you feel comfortable moving forward

Current Availability : 

Mondays : In person from 12.30pm onwards at Great Portland Street  

Tuesdays : Online sessions .  limited sessions available.

Wednesday : Online sessions 

Thursday : Online afternoon session available

Friday :Online sessions available (morning slots) 

Weekends : Limited and are charged at a higher rate.

I provide tools and strategies to help you understand and manage challenging emotions such as anxiety, fear, overwhelm, anger, stress, and sadness. Together, we’ll work to increase your sense of calm, peace, and wellbeing by supporting nervous system regulation and self-care practices.

Relationships

I help you navigate challenges in family and intimate relationships, including attachment issues, relational trauma, co-dependency, and love addiction. We can explore relationship dynamics, communication, and skills for creating healthy, fulfilling connections.

Impact of Trauma – Childhood & Adulthood

Trauma can affect every aspect of life, contributing to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship struggles. It can leave you feeling disconnected from your needs, emotions, or desires. I provide a supportive space to address these impacts and explore experiences such as shame, grief, and guilt.

Life Transitions & Changes

Major life transitions, such as leaving education, career changes, marriage, pregnancy, miscarriage, divorce, children leaving home, or navigating mid-life changes like peri-menopause and menopause, can be overwhelming. I also support those experiencing bereavement, grief, or loss, as well as those exploring new identities.

I offer a compassionate space to explore experiences around identity, connection, belonging, and discrimination. This includes mixed heritage identity and navigating relationships in the context of race and identity.

What to Expect in Your First Session


Initial Assessment

The first session will focus on an assessment where we’ll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, the challenges you’re facing, and your goals for the process. This is also an opportunity for me to gather some background information so that I can better understand your unique circumstances. Together, we’ll explore any emotional difficulties, relationship concerns, or life transitions you’re experiencing, and I’ll help you clarify what you hope to achieve through our work together.

During this session, I will explain how I work, the methods and approaches I use, and how we will collaborate to meet your needs. We’ll also talk about confidentiality and ensure that you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Setting the Foundation for Future Sessions

The first session is a chance to build rapport, establish trust, and begin laying the groundwork for deeper work. You will have the space to share what feels important, and we’ll discuss how we can proceed moving forward to help you achieve your goals.
