Welcome to my practice. I am currently open for new clients. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore and work through life’s challenges.
Availability:
My practice hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with evening appointments available on request. I also offer online sessions for those who may prefer or require remote access.

My next scheduled break will be from 21st December to the 3rd January.

About me and my therapy practice
As a compassionate and experienced therapeutic counsellor dedicated to helping individuals rediscover their sense of self-worth and emotional wellbeing. I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your feelings, develop self-awareness and build the confidence to express your true self.
My approach is warm, empathetic and tailored to meet your unique needs. I believe in the power of a trusting therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing and personal growth. Together, we will work on strategies to help you prioritise your own needs, set healthy boundaries and find your voice.
In our sessions, you can expect a non-judgmental environment where your experiences and emotions are validated. We will explore the patterns that hold you back and work towards fostering a positive self-image. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to support you on your journey to a more fulfilling life.

My first session
In our first counselling session, my priority is to create a supportive and open environment where we can explore your needs and expectations. This session includes completing a client contract to establish clear boundaries and mutual responsibilities, covering aspects such as confidentiality, session structure, and the framework of our work together.
You will have the opportunity to ask any questions about the counselling process, my approach, or any concerns you may have. Together, we’ll take the time to understand why you are seeking counselling at this particular moment, the challenges you want to address, and the goals you hope to achieve. If you have had previous counselling experiences, we can discuss what was helpful or unhelpful to build a tailored approach that works best for you.
This session serves as a chance to focus on what matters most to you while laying the foundation for a collaborative and effective therapeutic relationship. It’s a space to begin building trust, clarify expectations, and ensure our work aligns with your unique needs and circumstances.
