Availability

I aim to speak to clients at the same time each week, however, I appreciate that a large number of my clients work variable shift patterns and I try my best to accomodate for this.

I have availabilty during the day, as well as some evenings. I am happy to offer some weekend sessions to regular clients who are unable to attend during the week.

Sessions can be online, over the phone, or in person.

About me and my therapy practice

As a qualified Integrative Counsellor I use a variety of schools of thought within the theraputic space to tailor therapy to the needs of my clients. I use an existentialist approach to therapy, which supports my clients in deepening their understanding of themselves, their motivations, desires, and goals.

I work with a number of issues within the space, taking a trauma-informed focus to my practice, which supports my work with clients who have experienced negative childhood experiences, as well as a range of mental health issues.

I am passionate about working with clients with eating disorders, including binge eating disorder and disordered eating patterns. I am currently working toward a MSc in Psychology to bring the best possible approaches to my work with clients.

I enjoy working with my clients strengths and passions to support them in their journey, as opposed to pathologising or diagnosing.

Practice description

In my practice, clients can expect a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, especially tailored for those dealing with past trauma, PTSD, and related challenges. I integrate multiple therapeutic perspectives to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and reclaim their sense of agency.

My approach emphasises understanding each individual beyond symptoms or diagnoses, allowing clients to address the deeper impacts of trauma while connecting with their own strengths and values. I specialise in working with issues related to trauma, disordered eating, and emotional well-being, supporting clients in processing difficult past experiences and navigating the path towards healing.

Clients will find a non-judgemental environment where their stories are heard, respected, and valued, fostering a collaborative partnership focused on empowerment, self-awareness, and growth.
