My availability can be flexible. Wednesdays and Sundays are my main office days. If you would prefer another day, I am open to discussing this with you.
Wednesdays- 9am- 7pm

About me and my therapy practice
As a warm and empathic counsellor, I aim to provide a safe and comfortable space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions. I will provide a space where you can gain a deeper insight and perspective on your current situation whilst empowering you to shine as an individual.
Counselling is a completely unique experience for each client. Maybe you have been to counselling before, maybe you have friends or family who have been to counselling or maybe It’s completely new to you. Wherever you are at on your journey, I aim to provide you with reassurance. I will meet you a point that feels safe and comfortable for you, ensuring you are given the time and patience to explore what comes up for you. One priority of mine is the importance of giving you a space to feel your voice is heard.
Sitting in the clients’ chair can be daunting. it can bring up so many different feelings. But you’re not alone. As a counsellor, I have done this too! I'll be alongside you throughout each part of the journey.
Practice description
My therapeutic approach is based mainly within humanistic models, which means I see you as an individual. I take time to understand you as a whole. You are the expert on you and I will work with you on your journey of healing and self discovery. Everyone’s counselling journey is unique to them. I will ensure to direct my approach best suited to your needs.My first session
Our first session will be a session for us to get to know one another. I will take some time to discuss the therapeutic contract with you and we can have a chat about your previous experiences of therapy, anything that you would like me to be aware of, any questions you may have. In this session we will outline what has brought you to therapy and where you would like to be at the end of the therapeutic process.
