I have current availability for face to face sessions in Poole, Dorset, The sessions are held in a private, comfortable therapy room in the heart of Broadstone. There is plenty of free street parking nearby and it is also served by various bus routes. 

For those who prefer the convenience and flexibility of remote sessions, I also offer online video call and telephone counselling available to clients in the UK, and Europe.

 Fees range from £25 - £40

Practice description

I am a qualified humanistic integrative counsellor with a level 4 diploma in therapeutic counselling.

*Currently working towards Level 5 Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Diploma. Due to complete in Spring 2025*

I offer an individual approach to meet your needs, drawing on my knowledge of several counselling approaches.

Additionally I have experience of using tools and techniques from mindfulness and creative approaches, so I can ensure your therapy is tailored to you.

My first session

There is no one size fits all approach to counselling and therapy, so I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation, where we can explore what has brought you to therapy, and you can decide if you would like to work with me. I will be able to answer any questions you may have during this telephone call.
