With a Level 5 qualification in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, I draw on my experience working in mental health to support you to navigate trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions in confidence.
Together, we can work toward increasing your emotional well-being and making meaningful changes in a safe and supportive environment, with most clients seeing improvements in 6 weeks.
I specialise in integrating talking therapy with a range of therapeutic modalities and techniques, offering a personalised approach for your individual needs. This is particularly effective for those dealing with deep-seated emotional pain, anxiety and trauma, providing tools and insights that bring relief, and restore a sense of balance back in your life.Counselling can assist with a variety of issues and challenges, I offer support as you work through challenging times, to gain insight into your emotional state and the difficulties you're encountering, giving you the opportunity to explore and reflect.
