About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified counsellor and member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have a BSc degree in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London. I provide a nurturing and empathetic counselling service designed to assist individuals through personal challenges.
I am an integrative counsellor and use a blend of psychodynamic and person-centred approaches to facilitate how past experiences may influence the present.
Practice description
I create a safe space for my clients to feel comfortable talking to me. I work online in a private and confidential room.
I specialise in providing compassionate counselling to adults from 18+, dealing with a wide range of challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and issues related to relationships, sexuality, and recovery from sexual abuse. I have also worked with victims of crime, offering a safe and non-judgmental space for healing and growth.
