About me and my therapy practice
Hi there, my name is Annette
I have been working with sexual abuse victims current, historical child sexual abuse for a few years now. I work with trauma sufferers, post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, anger, shame, guilt, addiction, alcoholism and Agoraphobia.
I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship with my client by giving them a safe space to open up and share there Issues openly.
I am a Person Centred based counsellor who works with an integrative approach in which I use different therapies to suit each individual client and their needs.
Practice description
Covering a range of Theories: Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Humanistic, and Gestalt Therapy.
I also have a Professional Development Award in Addiction Counselling SCQF Level 8 qualification.
I also have a Diploma in Christian Counselling.
I also do Continued Professional Development on a regular basis.
