About me and my therapy practice
If you are going through difficult times and need someone to talk to, I offer a caring, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings. My aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment where we can explore the challenges that are causing you distress. I respect your individuality and believe that you are the expert on your own experiences. Together, we will work to understand your emotions, and I will support you as you find your own path to healing and resolution
Practice description
I take an integrative approach to therapy, blending various methods to best support your unique needs.
I believe that every individual has the capacity for self-growth and healing. My role is to guide you in exploring your thoughts and emotions, helping you gain clarity and strength along the way.
I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your feelings and experiences, all while supporting you as you move forward and grow.
I offer counselling sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis, available Online or over the phone, depending on your preference.
I provide both short-term and long-term therapy, tailored to suit your individual needs and goals.
Each session lasts for 50 minutes.
My first session
I believe that effective counselling is built on a strong, collaborative relationship, where both of us work together to support your goals. It's important to me that you feel comfortable with the way I work and confident in our partnership.
To help you make an informed decision, I offer a free 15-minute informal chat. This gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counselling process, the approach I use, and whether you feel I’m the right fit for your needs. It's a chance to ensure you feel comfortable before deciding whether we can move forward together.
