About me and my therapy practice

Counselling can help you rediscover your sense of self, empowering you to foster resilience and find a way to live in tune with your values and aspirations.

How I can support you

  • Do you feel lonely, overwhelmed, or confused by where you find yourself?
  • Maybe you feel disorientated, out of place, unsettled, and off-track.
  • You may be questioning yourself and longing for direction, purpose, and meaning.
  • Perhaps you feel unable to share your experience for fear of being misunderstood and more alienated.
  • Big changes can leave you feeling like a stranger in your own life, wondering who you are now or where you belong.

If this resonates, reach out - I'm here to help you move forward.

I can help you to:

  • Untangle your thoughts so that you can understand the impact of this transition and feel less lost.
  • Explore your past and present, so that you can build a sense of connection to your new chapter of life.
  • Find a sense of purpose and peace in your new direction.
  • Find self-confidence, so that you can have meaningful relationships.

Practice description

Working with me

My focus is to support you in understanding and navigating your experiences, emotions, and relationships. In our sessions, we'll create a trusting space where you feel accepted, heard, and understood.

Drawing on humanistic and relational approaches, I'll work alongside you as you explore your feelings and challenges, empowering you to gain new perspectives, fostering resilience, and creating meaningful change.

My background/ lived experience

Growing up in three different countries, I understand the challenges of feeling like an outsider and navigating cultural identity.

I advocate for inclusion and diversity and appreciate the variety of human experiences.

Having been through a challenging fertility journey has also instilled in me a deep compassion and a unique understanding of identity, confidence, and self-belief struggles.

This means I help you rediscover your sense of self, empowering you to foster ownership of your experience and enabling you to find a way to live in tune with your values and aspirations.
