About me and my therapy practice

Read time: 2 minutes.

Hello, my name is Kane.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely without shame. Therapy will help you gain deeper insight, build your confidence, and start to take meaningful steps toward healing and personal growth.

I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My practice is based in North London Kentish Town NW5 and Barking Riverside IG11 offering in-person and online sessions. With a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and over 3 years experience working with clients, I believe the journey to healing is through authentic human connection which is why my approach is deeply routed in relational psychotherapy.

Having attended therapy myself, I have experienced the therapeutic relationship that supported me during a time when I struggled to feel connected in a world that didn’t seem made for me. I now offer this authentic relationship to clients in my practice to help them when they feel disconnected from the world that can feel overwhelming or uncertain.

I deeply respect diversity and have worked with people from diverse backgrounds, ages, genders and sexualities. As diverse as the people I worked with, I have helped them with diverse challenges, such as anxiety, depression, stress, relational conflicts, neurodiversity, identity exploration (including sexuality and gender), and finding belonging.

Therapy with me will be a collaborative, holistic and relational process where we will work together, considering your physical, emotional, and social well-being.

The approaches that inform my practice include

Humanistic

Psychodynamic

Attachment-based

GSRD

Relational Therapy

Specialist Areas
