I work Monday to Thursday daytime. I also work Monday and Tuesday evenings.
I have a flexible approach in hybrid working as well as working with shift workers where each session can be booked in advance on different days.
Face-to-face sessions are held in my welcoming office in central York, just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre. This comfortable and private space is set in a charming 1800’s building with beautiful original features, including a stunning gold spindle staircase.
Free on-street parking is available for up to one hour, ideal for a 50-minute session, and the location is well-connected by bus routes and close to York train station. My office, located on the first floor, is thoughtfully furnished to provide a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

I'm a fully qualified/insured counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) working with age 16 plus. With an up-to-date Enhanced DBS check and Enhanced Level 2 (HMPPS) vetting check. I have over 20 years of Autism experience/qualifications.
I provide counselling for issues like anxiety, abuse, bereavement, depression, chronic stress, trauma, and self-esteem. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring effective support. Many clients notice improvements within the first month, leading to steady progress as we work together to enhance your well-being and personal growth. Let's navigate this journey together.
I provide flexible counselling options to suit your preferences, whether you prefer online sessions, phone calls, or a combination of both. Since life and circumstances can change, you have the freedom to adjust your therapy to what works best for you.
I also offer counselling anywhere within the UK (also overseas please ask for further details) through online and telephone sessions, these allow you to access counselling from the comfort of your home or in a space that feels confidential for you to talk making it a suitable option for those that work away or have varying work hours.
My first session

All sessions are charged at £50 and an invoice will be emailed to you after the session. I accept debit cards, credit cards and bank transfer.
