I’m trained in multiple methods so I can choose the right elements of each to fit your situation and what you need.
My approaches focus on
- linking your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviours
- the importance of your relationships throughout life
- exploring your needs, your identity and making the changes you want
(Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Therapy and Person-Centred Therapy - CBT, AT, PCT)
My qualifications and training:
- Masters in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy
- Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy
