About me and my therapy practice

Are you finding your way through life's changes, challenging at the moment?

Over my 15 years of providing counselling and psychotherapy, I've learned that many people seek guidance when they feel stuck or need support navigating life's transitions. Whether entering adulthood, exploring sexuality, facing health issues, going through relationship changes, becoming a parent, grieving a loss, or searching for purpose - these are just some of the challenges most of us encounter.

While exciting at times, change can also bring up difficult emotions like overwhelm, sadness, anger and despair. During these periods, it's natural to seek a counsellor's support to help work through the difficulties.

Wherever you are in your life's journey, my approach is tailored to your individual experiences, thoughts and feelings. Sometimes we know our desired destination but not the path to get there. My aim is to help you find the way that feels right for you as an individual.

I provide a warm, empathetic and non-judgemental environment - a safe, supportive space for you to explore what's happening, rediscover your strengths, and learn new coping strategies for life's obstacles.

If you're looking for an understanding counsellor in Brighton and Hove to support you through a transitional period, I invite you to get in touch. Together we can navigate your unique situation and help you move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

About me and my therapy practice

Are you struggling to communicate with your teenager? I provide a supportive space to explore challenges you or your child are facing. With 15+ years' experience counselling children/adolescents in schools and privately, I help those experiencing anxiety, low mood, motivation issues, relationship difficulties, autism spectrum traits, and ADHD characteristics.

The pandemic has significantly impacted youth mental health. I cultivate a nurturing environment where teens and parents can openly express concerns. Together, we develop tailored strategies to help young people navigate their world effectively, enhancing emotional resilience and wellbeing.

As a BACP-registered counsellor, I offer online and in-person services in Brighton/Hove. Trained in psychodynamic and CBT approaches, I tailor my warm, empathetic, non-judgmental style to each client's unique needs, providing a supportive space to explore challenges and find solutions.
