Adults
I am trained in both Psychodynamic and Person-Centred counselling models, but I also use an eclectic approach combining a range of other counselling approaches this enables me to provide strategies, meditation, and other useful resources.
Children and young people
I work with play and art therapy to assist your child/young person to understand and overcome issues in their lives which may be causing them difficulty, distress or confusion.
Parenting Support
I believe that parenting support can provide a forum to explore your role as a parent, developing a parenting style that works for you and your family.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer counselling supervision to qualified and student counsellors.
Level 6 OCN London Accredited Course in Counselling Supervision
I use the Seven-Eyed Supervison model which was developed by Peter Hawkins and Robin Shohet.
I feel it is important to work with a model that integrates the relational and systemic aspects when reflecting on our practice. I feel this model works well with most theoretical approaches.
