I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor working with individuals 18 and above and offer sessions both online and face to face. I believe in and am passionate about equality and diversity, making sure that the services I provided are fair and accessible to everyone, ensuring equal treatment, dignity and respect for all.
I tailor my approach to each individual I work with, drawing from various philosophies and techniques to meet their specific situation and needs. This allows for flexibility in our work together, as we identify the forms of expression that best support growth.
