Seeking a warm, professional space to address anxiety, depression or challenges such as relationship and family issues? I can help you to explore your thoughts and make sense of them. Together, we can discover the root of your feelings, perhaps uncovering new insights and pathways to healings. I will give you the space and time to explore whatever you are facing and take the time you need to understand your thoughts, feelings and beliefs.

As an Integrative Person-Centred Counsellor, I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs, including techniques from mindfulness and CBT among others. I offer both long-term and short-term therapy, available online or in person, to help you address various issues or work towards your personal goals. I am an empathetic listener who will listen to you carefully and without judgement and support you making sense of your internal world.

We can use therapy to look at your past and present, or focus on shaping your future. I can support you with healing trauma, discover patterns and work out what habits are helping or hindering you. I offer a warm, welcoming space, where you can explore your authentic self, heal, gain insight, grow, and be listened to.

I have a deep understanding of working with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief/ bereavement, relationship breakdown, domestic violence and narcissistic abuse.

In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress.
