About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Bettina and as an Integrative Person-Centred Counsellor, I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs, including techniques from mindfulness and CBT among others. I offer both long-term and short-term therapy, available online or in person, to help you address various issues or work towards your personal goals.
We can use therapy to look at your past and present, or focus on shaping your future. I can support you with healing past trauma, explore patterns and feelings and work out what habits are helping or hindering you. I offer a warm, welcoming space, where you can freely talk and feel truly heard. I believe in creating a space where you feel comfortable enough to explore your authentic self, heal, gain insight, grow, and be listened to.
Sharing your full story can help you release emotional pain and find relief. I can help you cope with your challenges, explore thoughts that come into your mind, and try to make sense of them. I can assist you if you want to make new friends, get into a relationship or move up in your career but self-doubt is getting in the way or if you feel anxious, lost, or at a crossroads.
I have a deeper understanding of working with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief, bereavement, relationship breakdown, domestic violence and narcissistic abuse.
