I offer remote appointments as well as face to face at Stepps, North Lanarkshire. Office is on the 1st floor and there is no lift, stairs only.

About me and my therapy practice
I work in an integrative manner, and am trained in a Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic (CBT) approach. This involves becoming aware of your thoughts and your interpretation of these. Similarly, we will look at actions and behaviours which can be beneficial or maladaptive, keeping you in vicious or victorious cycles.
I appreciate aspects of different modalities to give an idiosyncratic and personal experience of therapy to each individual client.
Practice description
I am a warm and empathic person offering safe surroundings to explore presenting difficulties. I have extensive experience working with neurodiversity in particular.
My first session
I will send you a brief assessment form to complete to see what you wish to gain from accessing therapy and what goals we will work towards. I also offer a free 15 minute phone call if you wish to trial how you compatible I am for your therapeutic needs.
