About me and my therapy practice

Does life feel a little overwhelming at times?

Maybe you're feeling stuck?

As someone who is neurodivergent and has struggled with low self-esteem, I can understand how things can feel challenging, and life can seem grey at times. Talking to friends and family might not always feel possible. It is at times like these that it might feel helpful to talk things through with someone in a confidential and non-judgmental space, where all feelings are welcome regardless of where in your journey you are.

Practice description

My name is Gita and I am a LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent Person-Centered counsellor. I offer counselling for individuals online or in-person, either in-room or outdoors through walk and talk therapy in North West London.

I am a down to earth and compassionate therapist and work in a creative and collaborative way with my clients, offering a welcoming, non-judgmental and confidential space where you can explore anything that feels important to you.

I welcome all identities, gender expressions, and beliefs. I am committed to a practice that is anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, accessible and neuro-inclusive.

I have a specialist interest in working with:

· Gender, Sex and relationship diversity (GSRD)

· Working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community

· People experiencing low self-esteem/not feeling good enough

. Neurodivergence

Being neurodivergent has allowed me to have a deeper understanding of what it can feel like to struggle while navigating this world. I am passionate about empowering others to grow and flourish into their authentic self, as well as working with other individuals who identify as being neurodivergent and would like to explore what this feels like for them.
