Availability
I currently have availability for new clients in the weekdays and very limited evenings.
Sessions are £55 for 50 minutes.
We’ll start with an initial 15 minute phone consultation, at no cost to you. This will be an opportunity to ask any questions and to chat through what you would like to talk about. The call is without any obligation, as it's important you trust and feel comfortable with me.
Whether you’re looking for long and short term counselling we can work in a way that suits you, either online or by telephone.
About me and my therapy practice
Have you experienced loss and need an empathic space to talk about it? I work specifically with loss, whether that's bereavement, loss of purpose, a relationship, job or hope.
It can be hard to ask for help and you’ve made a big step already. I provide a safe and supportive space, full of empathy and without judgement. I aim to help and empower you to live in freedom.
I believe there is healing from the past, strength for the present and hope for your future. Your unique experiences have brought you here, and I strive to honour that in each and every session. Whether you’re processing your past and present, or preparing for your future, I’m here.
We can explore how your past experiences affect your present relationships in an empathic and safe environment. As well as explore present issues on your mind and worries you may have for the future.
My training as an integrative counsellor and professional experience has covered a wide variety of theories, practices, and backgrounds so I will tailor our sessions to your personal needs.
We will work towards specific goals you have in a confidential space, where you feel valued and listened to. In our sessions, we will go at the pace you're comfortable with.
