About me and my therapy practice
Thank you for your curiosity. I have worked in various roles within the psychological field and across a broad range of social services for over a decade. My journey has led me to support diverse communities, including those navigating homelessness, addictions, suicidality, neurodivergence, drug and alcohol challenges, crises, complex psychiatric diagnoses, and challenging behaviours. These experiences have affirmed my belief that we are so much more than our pathologies—we are human beings, each holding a unique gift and genius to contribute to humanity. Sometimes this is forgotten and I believe it is my work to support you to remember.
My approach is informed not only by professional training but also by lived experience. A chapter of my own journey could be described as a spiritual emergency or an initiation of sorts, though it was labeled as psychosis. This profound experience allowed me to explore the depths of the human condition and discover pathways through. Your path will be different, and together, we will follow your unique compass.
Practice description
Psychosynthesis serves as the primary modality underpinning my work, integrating the body and ideas beyond the personal self. I also draw from a variety of approaches—including Person-Centred, Somatic, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Systemic, and Creative methods—adapting to what arises in our relational presence in each moment. The way I work is intuitive and driven by the heart.
I see the body is integral to this process; I believe you can’t simply talk your way to wholeness. Sessions may therefore include somatic work, which might involve movement beyond the chair, breathing practices, drawing, or using the body to explore your current experience. Stories, dreams, symbols, and sounds may also emerge as part of this journey.
At the core of my approach is a genuine commitment to authenticity and heart. Everything I offer is invitational, with your unique self-authoring guiding the process. Together, we will explore your unfolding self with a spirit of curiosity, care and playfulness, allowing these qualities to shape the rhythm of our shared moments.
My first session
I offer a free 15min discovery call, to give us an opportunity to see if working together feels right, before any commitments need to be made and for you to ask any questions.
Our first session together may feel more structured, as I ask directive questions to help us both gain a clear understanding of the landscape and establish some initial pointers for navigation. This approach will differ from the tone and flow of subsequent sessions.

Abuse, Addictions, Anxiety, Depression, Neurodiversity, Obsessions, OCD, Post-traumatic stress, Relationships, Self esteem, Spirituality, Stress, Trauma
