Availability

I work with adults over 18 and offer sessions in a room in my home in South West London SW16 either face to face or online. 

I am available during the week on Monday - Thursday. Specific times can be discussed in the initial consultation. 

About me and my therapy practice

I work using talk therapy and at times focusing on the body's role in our emotional and psychological processes. Sometimes when we have experienced trauma we hold this in the body and there are many ways of working with the nervous system to create ease in your healing process. It is possible to release stuck trauma and develop a healthier mind and body connection.

How we work together will be decided between us because every person is different and what makes sense to you is what's most important. 

Counselling is not an easy journey but I believe it’s a gift to yourself for a better future. I look forward to hearing from you and please get in touch with any questions you may have. 


Practice description

I am a down to earth counsellor who is passionate about supporting people overcome their personal difficulties by listening without judgement. My aim is to put you at ease by creating a warm and accepting environment where we can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours together.

Life can be tough and counselling can be a way of giving you a new perspective on things. What do you want for yourself and what is stopping you from getting there? 

I will be there to support and sit with you in whatever way you show up, whether that's angry, sad, hurt or depressed. I believe that all emotions are welcome in the room, including laughter. 

My first session

Asking for help can be daunting but please get in touch for a free 30 minute consultation on the telephone where we can talk about what's going on for you. This initial conversation will give you a good idea of how we will work together going forward. 

The first couple of sessions will be used partly as an assessment to gauge where you are right now and what your focus is for future sessions.
