Availability

I work with adults only and offer sessions in a room in my home in South West London SW16 either face to face or online.

I am available during the week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I am flexible with times which can be discussed in the initial consultation.

About me and my therapy practice

Life can be tough and things can get on top of you causing you to feel stuck, angry, anxious or sad, amongst a whole host of other emotions. I am a warm, empathic, non-judgemental therapist who who will support you to find your own answers by really listening to you and encouraging you to explore what’s going on for you.

Practice description

The relationship we build is an important part of the process, by building trust between us we have a solid base from which you can explore your, thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

My first session

I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation on the telephone where we can talk things through and how we can work together to meet your needs.
