About me and my therapy practice
Life can be incredibly lonely and overwhelming when we don't have the space to safely and honestly explore our thoughts and emotions. Sometimes social taboos inhibit us from being ourselves, making us doubt and criticise how we actually feel. Other times, the emotions and thought-patterns we're experiencing seem too 'big' to talk to anyone about. This is where having counselling can make a difference. I strive to offer a space where people can give voice to what is happening for them without being judged. As self-exploration can bring up unexpected feelings, I'm here to support you in that process.
Practice description
I offer individual counselling to adults in London SW6, each session lasting 50mins. You can request in-person or online sessions (or hybrid) depending on your circumstances.
Once you've sent me an email enquiry, the next step is to have an initial conversation over a video call (or the telephone if no access to video) that lasts up to 30mins. This is a free consultation to understand your needs and gives you an opportunity to ask me questions, especially if you're new to therapy. If you'd like to progress to sessions with me then we can discuss the practicalities, e.g. dates, frequency, etc.
