About me and my therapy practice
Feeling Stuck or Facing Resistance?
I specialise in helping men navigate life’s challenges, whether it’s a career shift, relationship struggles, or a feeling that something’s holding you back, even if you can’t quite put your finger on it. Together, we’ll work to uncover these barriers and find ways to move forward. Therapy isn’t about me giving you answers, it’s about exploring your own experiences and strengths to find solutions that fit your needs.
Practice description
Sessions take place online via Google Meet for 50 minutes (sometimes called a “therapy hour”). I offer an open and engaging space to explore what’s happening for you now and what might be holding you back, maybe even patterns from the past that you’re starting to notice. As a therapist, I work collaboratively with my clients, charting a path together to find a way of working that suits your unique needs. We’ll explore how you think and feel, and sometimes we might use creative tools like drawing, writing, or even Lego. These activities can help you connect with feelings and ideas that might be hard to express through words alone. I work at your pace, balancing conversation and creativity to make our sessions effective and suited to your needs.
My first session
If you’d like to explore working together, I offer a free 20-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. This no-pressure conversation gives you a chance to share a bit about your challenges and ask any questions you might have about therapy. If we decide to work together, we’ll use our first full session to outline what you’d like to achieve, giving us a strong foundation to start the journey.
