I am a Person-Centred Pluralistic Counsellor who welcomes all to a warm, non-judgemental space to support you with whatever has bought you here. I like to work collaboratively to empower you as much as possible throughout our time together to get what you need from the therapy process.

    Practice description

    I am fully-qualified with over 300 hours of therapeutic practice both in-person and remotely where I have supported individuals with an extensive range of topics.

    I welcome all identities and gender expressions. I am committed to a practice that is anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ inclusive.

    My first session

    I am happy to offer a free 15 minute introductory phone call to help give you a sense of whether you'd like to begin working together. This might be an opportunity for you to ask initial questions or discuss your hopes and expectations of therapy. There is no expectation to commit further.
