I maintain a small private practice to ensure I can provide the focused, personalised support each client deserves. With a background of rich life experiences, I bring a unique depth of understanding to my work as an integrative counsellor. I offer warm, empathic, non-judgemental support face-to-face from a private, tranquil space, or online.
My approach is grounded in psychodynamic, relational, and humanistic theories, tailored to meet your specific needs and therapy goals. My aim is to enhance your well-being, assist in self-understanding, and help you come to terms with difficult life events.
Practice description
My therapeutic approach is informed by four years of in-depth training in integrative counselling at the British Psychological Society and the Minster Centre in London, where I earned a postgraduate diploma. Alongside my formal qualifications, I bring my own long experience of navigating life’s ups and downs, which allows me to connect with clients on a deeply personal level.
Having spent many years in the creative industries, including in film and television, I also have a particular affinity for working with those in creative fields, helping them unlock their potential and live more fulfilling lives.

When you contact me, I offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute phone call to discuss your needs and see if we’re a good fit. If you decide to proceed, we can arrange an introductory session to explore your goals and how we might work together.

My practice is based in a private garden office with a discreet entrance. Please note there is a step up to the door. I am seven minutes walk from both the Elizabeth Line and the London Overground. I also offer online sessions.
