About me and my therapy practice
I understand that life can present a wide range of challenges, whether it’s navigating complex relationships, coping with loss, or managing the pressures of daily life. My work is rooted in a deep understanding and insight into the human experience, helping clients not only survive difficult times but thrive beyond them. I maintain a small private practice to ensure I can provide the focused, personalised support each client deserves. Whether you’re facing overwhelming emotions, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or looking to explore new aspects of yourself, I’m here to guide you through your journey with compassion and clarity.
With a background of rich life experiences, I bring a unique depth of understanding to my work as an integrative counsellor. I offer warm, empathic, non-judgemental support from private, tranquil spaces in NW3, W3, W8 or online.
My approach is grounded in psychodynamic, relational, and humanistic theories, tailored to meet your specific needs and therapy goals. My aim is to enhance your well-being, assist in self-understanding, and help you come to terms with difficult life events.
Practice description
My therapeutic approach is informed by four years of in-depth training in integrative counselling at the British Psychological Society and the Minster Centre in London, where I earned a postgraduate diploma. Alongside my formal qualifications, I bring my own long experience of navigating life’s ups and downs, which allows me to connect with clients on a deeply personal level.
Having spent many years in the creative industries, including in film and television, I also have a particular affinity for working with those in creative fields, helping them unlock their potential and live more fulfilling lives.
My first session
When you contact me, I offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute phone call to discuss your needs and see if we’re a good fit. If you decide to proceed, we can arrange an introductory session to explore your goals and how we might work together.
My practice is based in rooms convenient for pubic transport.
