About me and my therapy practice

I offer accepting, warm, and inclusive counselling in person in Kings Cross and online/ phone.

I offer a space that is entirely about and for you. Time to let go, lean back, and breathe out. A place to take off the mask, and leave expectations at the door. Space to cry, shout, swear, and feel whatever you’re feeling.

You know your story best. I work collaboratively with you to find a way to tell it. Whether by talking, writing, photos, or music; through complete freedom or a bit of structure. We’ll work together to discover what you prefer.

Practice description

I work with people experiencing upheavals, such as cancer or other health diagnosis, changes at home or in relationships and problems at work. I support people through life transitions, such as menopause or perimenopause or caring for a family member. I help those dealing with loss, such as bereavement or the end of a relationship.

When we face one or more of these problems we can be left feeling anxious, low, confused and lost. Our usual coping mechanisms no longer do the trick. The past experiences we thought were dealt with can resurface. We can be left asking what is all this about?

I recognise and welcome all identities, gender expressions, values and beliefs. I am committed to anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, accessible and neuro-inclusive practice.

For face to face sessions, I work in a ground floor room in the heart of Kings Cross. There are excellent transport links including drop off by taxi on the doorstep. There are two steps to the entrance of the building.
