About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor (Level 7) working in private practice, for charities, and recovery organisations.
With a decade-long experience in the fields of well-being and mental health, as well as in education, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my counselling practice, ensuring you receive the best possible support.
As an integrative therapist, I deeply understand and respect that each individual is unique. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, such as psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment theory, cognitive behaviour therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy, to provide you with personalized support.
I offer weekly in-person sessions in the Hammersmith, Fulham and Putney area and I also have online availabilities. I also offer walk and talk sessions along the River Thames.
I am fluent in English, Hungarian and German.
