About me and my therapy practice
From personal experience, I understand that taking the first steps towards seeking counselling can be a daunting process. I aim to offer you a warm, non-judgemental space to put you at ease.
I work from the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to listen empathically and hold space for you to explore emotions and issues that are troubling you. I aim to be guided by the client, and walk alongside you as you navigate your therapeutic journey to find a way forward.
I am competent in working creatively and am open to exploring creative methods within sessions if that will support your communication and self-expression.
I work with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, low mood, confidence, self-esteem, substance misuse, work and career concerns, and relationship issues.

I aim to offer you flexibility and understanding in both the practical arrangements and the chosen mode of your counselling.
I will reply to all enquiries within 24 hours. I am happy to answer any questions or provide further information.
