Practice description
Drawing from various therapeutic techniques and theories, I can tailor my approach to fit your unique needs.
I aim to help you find clarity in your situation and empower you to make meaningful, positive changes in your life. You are worth it.
Passionate about self development, I enhance my knowledge through continuing professional development.
I work face to face and online via zoom, which offers flexibility and comfort, allowing you to engage in therapy from wherever you feel most at ease.
My first session
I offer a free initial chat where you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions and get a feel for how we might work together.
If you decide to move forward, my goal in our first session will be to understand your reasons for seeking therapy, how your situation is affecting you, and what you hope to achieve from our sessions.
We’ll also agree on the practical aspects, such as session times, frequency and payment arrangements. Additionally, we’ll discuss confidentiality and the boundaries of our professional relationship, ensuring you feel safe and supported throughout our work together.
