About me and my therapy practice

Having worked as an accountant for over a decade before becoming a counsellor, I understand the pressure and demands that come with professional life.
I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings, and work together to reduce stress and create more peace and balance.

I offer a free 15-minute call online, as a chance for us to get to know each other.
This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we can talk about what has drawn you to counselling and to determine if we’re a good fit to work together.
