I am driven by my passion in understanding what makes us who we are. There are so many events that influence our behaviour and actions and sometimes, without been able to explore all of it, we are not capable of achieving the best we can be in life.

I discovered during my study, volunteering and practice years that we are a complex construct in need of constant maintenance , and that in many occasions, we just don't know how to navigate changes and challenges in our lives, causing us to burn out or withdraw from family, friends and society in general.

Together we can work in understanding life issues and overcome barriers, clarifying our paths and enlightening our perception of what our future can be.

I am qualified as a Person Centred Therapist.

My practice involves supporting my clients in recognizing their power in overcoming painful and difficult thoughts and situations, and in exploring their behaviors such as depression, anxiety, grief, relationship and communication difficulties, stress, self-confidence, and all other limiting beliefs. 

My sessions are offered in Portuguese and English and are online for now.
