About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Digbeth, Birmingham, offering a flexible and holistic approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Whether you are managing anxiety, stress, overcoming depression, healing from trauma, or facing other challenges, I am able to support you through change.

Drawing on clinical expertise and academic training in Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Person-Centered therapy, I provide a safe space where you can explore your innermost thoughts and feelings from different perspectives and at manageable levels of depth.

I believe the therapeutic journey is a collaborative process. Together, we navigate the challenges of living with stress, anxiety, depression, or other emotional and life obstacles, uncovering insights that are both supportive and empowering for you.

My practice adheres to the ethical standards of the BACP, ensuring a safe, confidential, and respectful environment for your personal growth and self-exploration.

If you're ready to take the next step in your personal journey, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Practice description

Discover self-acceptance and gain a deeper understanding of who you are and how you have become the person you are today. Learn to embrace all aspects of yourself—both your strengths and imperfections.

I bring a deep capacity for listening and a sensitive awareness of feelings, cultural backgrounds, and personal preferences. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly supported.

Together, we can build the insight and resilience you need to make the choices that may have once felt out of reach or unattainable due to anxiety, depression, trauma, or other life challenges.
