As an integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I bring a flexible and holistic approach to therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Drawing on clinical expertise and academic training in Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Person-Centered therapy, I offer a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings from different perspectives and at varying levels of depth.
I believe that the therapeutic journey is a collaborative process. We work together, as a team, to navigate challenges and uncover insights in a way that feels supportive and empowering for you.
My practice is grounded in the ethical standards of the BACP, ensuring a safe, confidential, and respectful environment for your self-exploration.

To get started, simply give me a call.
We will check our availability make a plan. I will provide my contract and clear directions to my consulting rooms.
I will ensure you have everything you need and feel fully prepared for your first session.
