About me and my therapy practice
As a pluralistic counsellor and psychotherapist, I offer a collaborative and integrative approach that honors the complexity of each individual’s experience. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution in therapy, and I’m committed to working with you to find what resonates and supports you best. Our sessions are guided by your needs, preferences, and goals, and I adapt my approach accordingly.
I draw on a range of therapeutic models, including humanistic, somatic, and relational perspectives, creating a space that is both flexible and deeply supportive. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, parenting challenges, or complex life transitions like peri-menopause, we’ll explore what works best for you. I see therapy as a partnership, where we work together to co-create a path that feels right for you.

I’m particularly passionate about supporting women’s mental health, maternal burnout, and life transitions. My interest in these areas is informed by both my professional experience and my own journey, which adds a layer of empathy and insight to our work together. I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome, and where we can explore your story with curiosity and compassion.
