About me and my therapy practice

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Catriona and the owner of ‘Attuned Path Counselling’. I am a qualified counsellor, and also have a qualification in attachment trauma and loss. I have 7 years experience of working with children in an SEMH setting and 18 months working at a mental health charity called Ipsum. I believe that everyone needs someone who supports them without judgement to become the best version of themselves!

I have now gained further qualifications to share my support to others in need.

Practice description

I offer a warm, welcoming and non judgmental space to support you with your experiences in life. I believe everyone deserves to have someone to support them; regardless of their experiences.

My aim is to walk beside you through exploring your emotions and thoughts by offering empathy and attuning to your world.

My first session

I offer a free 30 minute assessment, and talk you through my way of working to see if it suitable for you.
