Practice description
My approach is integrative and tailored to your needs. Whether you’re looking to work toward a specific goal or simply need a space to be heard, I adapt my knowledge and techniques to support you. Together, we can explore challenges such as anxiety, low self-esteem, cultural adaptation, work issues, relationship challenges, self-image, identity or struggles with weight. My aim is to help you gain deeper self-understanding and find greater self-acceptance and ease in your life.
