About me and my therapy practice

Struggling with weight loss or emotional eating? Often, tough times and stress lead us to develop unhealthy habits, particularly with food. These habits serve a purpose, helping us cope in the moment, but they can stand in the way of long-term goals like better health, weight loss, and mental well-being. I specialise in helping people break the cycle of food-related habits, whether you're someone who is physically active but still struggling to shed those extra pounds, or you’re overwhelmed by conflicting information about emotional eating. No matter how hard you try, you might feel stuck.

Practice description

Through personalised support, I help you uncover the habits and emotions blocking your progress and create lasting changes. I’ve walked this path myself and discovered that understanding what and how you do as well as changing some behaviors and most important being accountable gets you the results you could not achieve before.

If you’re ready to make a change, email me with details. If your needs fall outside my expertise, I can signpost you to trusted colleagues or resources. Please note that I do not work with substance abuse, eating disorders or conditions requiring medical intervention.
