About me and my therapy practice
Hello,
Life often presents challenges that can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or out of place. Whether you’re navigating difficult issues or facing tough decisions talking to someone might be helpful.
As a dedicated and compassionate counsellor, I offer support through active listening and empathic communication to help clients manage complex issues and this has been integral to my work in supporting people with acquired brain injury.
Guided by humanistic principles, I am committed to delivering empathic, non-judgmental, and effective care. My experiences living in South America have enriched my appreciation for cultural diversity, and my personal journey through life’s challenges has deepened my understanding and empathy.
I am passionate about combining professional expertise with genuine care. If you’re seeking a counsellor who can offer both professional support and heartfelt understanding, I encourage you to reach out. Together, we can work through the challenges you face and explore the potential for personal growth and change.
Practice description
I provide both long-term, open-ended counselling and fixed-term counselling with a duration that suits you, e.g. 6, 12, or 24 weeks.
Sessions are available in person in Burgess Hill, online through Zoom, or over the phone. I am flexible and committed to meeting your individual needs.
