About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). Passionate about inclusivity and diversity in therapy, I provide a non-judgemental safe space for you to explore life and navigate its challenges.

Whether you are going through a difficult time, struggling with relationships or feeling stuck, therapy can help you to deepen your understanding of yourself and others and help you rewrite narratives that may be holding you back or causing you distress.

Practice description

​​I integrate psychodynamic, person-centred and existential therapy, to help you gain deeper self-awareness and an understanding of what is impacting you in the here and now, uncover root causes, and find ways of healing and moving forward. The session will be lead by you and the content you wish to explore; I will listen with empathy and compassion, sometimes challenging or offering an alternative perspective. 

Our environment greatly impacts mental and physical health, so I help you to think holistically and tailor the sessions to your needs. We might incorporate working with creative materials to work through 'stuckness' or practice grounding and breathwork to help regulate the nervous system. Any new way of working will be discussed with in advance and agreed on together.

I work with a range of issues including: Self-esteem, identity, grief, loss, sex, relationships, trauma, body image, anxiety and depression.

My first session

Finding the right therapist is so important, and so I offer a free introductory 15 minute phone consultation where we can get to know each other and see if it's the right fit.​

In the first session, we will talk more about your background, current situation and what you hope to gain from therapy. This will also be an opportunity to discuss the contract and any other questions you may have.
