**I plan to take a week off during the Christmas period, but aim to give 4 weeks' notice for any other planned breaks**
About me and my therapy practice
Do you feel stressed, burned out or overwhelmed?
Life can be chaotic and fast-moving and sometimes it can be difficult to take a step back from it all.
I aim to offer a service where you can just "be". Somewhere that you can fully express yourself free of judgment, step away from the chaos for a little while and bring anything to the session which is on your mind. I offer open-ended therapy sessions; I will be here for you as long as you need me to be and I aim to build a relationship with you where you are able to become more confident and feel you are able to become the best version of yourself.
Practice description
I offer person-centred counselling via online video call on a platform called Whereby.
I believe you, the client, are the expert on yourself, and I'm happy to work with whatever you would like to bring to the sessions. I believe that building a trusting and genuine relationship with you will help us to explore events or issues within your life which may be bothering you.
Sessions are up to an hour long and would be weekly for as long as you need (they are not time limited). I'm experienced in working with both young people and adults and I'm open to work with clients aged 16 and over.
My first session
If you're interested in working with me, please send me an email so that we can arrange an online video call for an initial assessment and to have a talk about what you are hoping to get from therapy sessions.
I offer this assessment consultation via the online platform Whereby. The reason I do the assessment is that it's a great way for me to get to know you and what you'd like from the sessions, as well as making sure I'm a good fit for you as a counsellor and to make sure I'm able to meet any expectations you've got. We can also speak about any hopes or fears that you have about starting therapy - I know it can be a huge and scary first step!
I look forward to hearing from you.
