About me and my therapy practice
I can offer you a non-judgemental, safe space, to explore whatever difficulty, questions, or pain, you wish to bring to your counselling sessions.
I have a quiet, comfortable, and discreet counselling room on the edge of Penrith. My office is based inside The Old Fire Station, alongside Eden Arts.
I have worked with a broad range of people and pain, for example; supporting and helping clients with anxiety, depression, low mood, grief, loss, divorce, relationship difficulties, identity struggles, unexpected or devastating life events, coming to terms with and living with neurodiversity. I have worked for a local hospice, working with people who have experienced profound and life changing loss.
I bring a lot of warmth, empathy, and insight to my work.
Practice description
I am a Person- Centred counsellor & psychotherapist, and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
This may be for the first time in your life, or it may be that you have had some, or a lot of counselling or talking therapies before. Either way you are warmly invited to contact me to see if what I can offer feels like a good fit for you.
My first session
I offer a free 20 minute session where we can meet, again remotely or in person, where you have a no obligation opportunity to ‘sound me out’.
This is an opportunity to ask any questions you may have and get a feel for how we might work together before you commit to doing any work with me.
