About me and my therapy practice

Life can often feel like a rollercoaster—fast, overwhelming, and hard to predict. It’s easy to lose sight of what you need or where to turn next. I help clients slow down, find clarity, and reconnect with themselves so they can step off the ride, take a deep breath, and move forward with greater confidence.

I believe the heart of effective therapy lies in a strong, trusting relationship. I take great care in building that connection from our very first meeting. Many of my clients share that they feel both reassured and motivated after our initial session, like they've finally found a space where they can finally breathe out…

Ultimately, my goal is not to "fix" you, but to help you strengthen your relationship with yourself so you can live more fully and authentically. Therapy with me is about real talk, deep listening, and meaningful change at your own pace.

Practice description

I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist (MSc) offering sessions for individuals and couples. I have specialist training in sex therapy and a particular interest in how spirituality intersects with sexuality.

Whether you're wrestling with anxiety, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a warm, safe environment.

While I integrate faith-based perspectives when helpful, I always work with sensitivity and openness to your unique beliefs.

My first session

In our initial meeting, we’ll take time to explore what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process.

I’ll ask some gentle questions to get a clearer picture of your experiences, your values, and what’s important to you. From there, we can shape a focus that feels meaningful and achievable.

What can feel like “just talking” is actually the beginning of building greater self-awareness—a key foundation for lasting change.
