I am no longer taking on new clients at present due to scheduled leave from January until March 2025. Please do get in touch if you would like to be added to my waitlist, and I can then keep you updated regarding session availability.
About me and my therapy practice
We often spend so much of our lives in a place of reactivity - simply surviving and at the mercy of life's ups and downs. I help clients move to a place of reflection and heightened self-awareness, so they can choose to get off the rollercoaster and quiet the noise around them. This allows freedom to choose next steps with clarity instead of simply reacting. If this resonates with you, then I'd be privileged to help you too. One thing you probably need to hear right now is that you are far from alone, and support is always available if you are willing to reach out for it.
As a Christian integrative therapist trained in both counselling & psychotherapy, I work with individuals and couples facing a wide range of issues from anxiety and self-esteem to spirituality and sexual function. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore any presenting issues with professional guidance.
If you are seeking specialist support that prioritises spiritual values at the heart of your therapy journey, then I would be happy to support you in building from right where you are. "If you don't know your worth, you'll keep seeking validation from others who don't know it either." – Dr. Thema Bryant
Practice description
As an Integrative practitioner, I combine CBT, Attachment and Person-Centred modalities alongside other types of therapy for a comprehensive approach that addresses thoughts, feelings and behaviours as well as deeper trauma work typically rooted in childhood experiences. Awareness-raising comes from diving into the self and being willing to face what arises with therapeutic support.
My first session
I support clients in addressing all manner of issues in both individual and couple contexts. Initial sessions focus on exploring your core aims for therapy to ensure your time is maximised in meeting your unique requirements. Many of my clients are surprised to find how much awareness can come from what feels like "just talking", and ultimately discover tools for self-regulation.
What I can help with
Abuse, ADD / ADHD, Addictions, Anger management, Anxiety, Autism spectrum, Bereavement, Child related issues, Cultural issues, Depression, Eating disorders, Health related issues, Identity issues, Infertility, Loss, Menopause, Men's issues, Mood disorder, Neurodiversity, Obsessions, OCD, Personal development, Phobias, Post-traumatic stress, Pregnancy related issues, Redundancy, Relationships, Self esteem, Self-harm, Sex-related issues, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Spirituality, Stress, Substance Dependency, Trauma, Women's issues, Work related issues
