About me and my therapy practice

I am an Integrative Counsellor (MBACP) and I have a private practice in the City of London and the London Borough of Bexley. I work with adults and couples both in-person and online on a wide range of behavioural, emotional, and relationship issues. I am here to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings and facilitate self-awareness and movement towards healing and growth.

Practice description

I have been trained in a number of modalities including person-centred, psychodynamic, existential, cognitive, and relational approaches. My practice also draws on embodied/somatic approaches to trauma. Ultimately, my approach is tailored to the client and what works best for each individual.

I am experienced working with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and family and relationship issues. My continuous professional development (CPD) is particularly focused on couples counselling, relationship and intimacy issues, and relational trauma.

Due to my professional background, I am also comfortable and interested in working with clients involved in anti-social behaviour and the criminal justice system.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

My first session

After a brief initial consultation, our first session will be spent understanding what has brought you to counselling and what you hope to get out of counselling.

In this session we will decide if we are a good fit and whether to commit to ongoing counselling. It is important to me that you feel comfortable so that we can develop a working relationship in which you feel free and safe to discuss your emotions and analyse the relational dynamics that are created between us and that are being enacted outside the counselling room.

What I can help with
