About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I’m Duni, also known as Dee. I am a qualified counsellor offering one-to-one online counselling sessions UK- wide and globally to support adult clients.

I work with individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and other life concerns. I offer a non-judgmental space where you can explore your life events and experiences which may have left you feeling vulnerable, disempowered or confused.

You may have a specific problem that is emotionally challenging and distressing, or you may be struggling with a more specific issue in your life and want to gain some self-awareness to enhance your life and relationships. If this is you, please contact me.

In my practice we will explore your experiences which may be complex, sometimes confusing and always personal. As an integrative counsellor, I use a combination of therapeutic approaches. I will listen with empathy and without judgement and offer sensitive perceptions to help you make connections on what may have happened in the past and how it is playing out in the here and now. In this way, you can hopefully begin to understand and start reframing how you feel about yourself and how you see your life.

As a member of the BACP, I am committed to its Ethical Framework, treating clients equally, avoiding harm and respecting your choices.

I understand that making the decision to begin counselling can feel like a big step, but when you find the right counsellor, it is a step worth taking.
