Perhaps exhaustion, stress, or low mood have built up over time.I offer online therapy for anxiety, depression, grief, and low confidence, providing a safe space to explore your thoughts. I work with adults and young people (16+), whether you're seeking support for yourself or as a parent looking for therapy for your older teenager or young adult.

My focus is on helping you understand how past experiences shape your present thoughts, emotions, and relationships. With deeper self-insight, you can set boundaries, strengthen connections, and build confidence.
