About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes, life feels overwhelming. You may be seeking clarity over intense emotions or facing a big change like a breakup, loss, or career shift. Perhaps exhaustion, stress, or low mood have built up over time.

I offer online therapy for anxiety, depression, grief, and low confidence, providing a safe space to explore your thoughts. I work with adults and young people (16+), whether you're seeking support for yourself or as a parent looking for therapy for your older teenager or young adult.

How I Work

My focus is on helping you understand how past experiences shape your present thoughts, emotions, and relationships. With deeper self-insight, you can set boundaries, strengthen connections, and build confidence.

I Specialise in Supporting People Who Are:

  • Seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, or low mood
  • Looking for support with grief, trauma, or loss
  • Struggling with exam stress, academic pressure, or career anxiety
  • Wanting to build confidence and self-esteem
  • Feeling detached, numb, or disconnected
  • Exploring potential neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, etc.)
  • Integrating experiences that have shifted awareness or perception

What sets my practice apart is my ability to reframe what might seem challenging or difficult, revealing the potential for growth. I believe every difficulty we face is a gateway forward. At the heart of my work is a wealth of knowledge and a genuine interest in holistic health, wellbeing and the deeper aspects of life, drawing from a wide range of ideas, research, and philosophical perspectives.

If you would like, I can introduce mindfulness breathing and meditation techniques which can be particularly helpful with emotional regulation. I can also guide you through meditative journeys, which is a creative way for you to gain clarity on your life situation and future hopes and desires.
