About me and my therapy practice

I'm a Registered Counsellor specialising in helping people with trauma, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, self-esteem, feelings of being stuck, bereavement and grief, and relationship problems.

Whether it’s recent or from years ago, I have experience in working with people who feel stuck, anxious and finding life difficult due to life events, mental health or neurodiversity. We can explore why these patterns happen and find ways to help you break free.

Using proven techniques such as mindfulness, breathwork, and body-centred approaches, I’ll support you in processing your trauma, helping you feel calmer, more grounded, and ready to move forward in a life where you are no longer controlled by anxiety, overwhelming stress, or painful memories. I have helped many others in similar situations, and I’m confident I can help you, too.

Practice description

In our sessions, we’ll identify and address the root causes of your struggles. You’ll develop effective coping strategies and gain confidence and self-awareness, freeing you from the patterns of thoughts and behaviours holding you back. Grounding techniques and breathwork will help you feel better in difficult moments and will be a valuable lifelong resource.

As we work together, you’ll start to experience a sense of peace and calm, allowing you to enjoy life more fully. No matter what you’ve been through, we can create a future where you feel empowered and in control. Your investment in this process—time and finances—will be an investment in your future mental health and happiness, and I’m here to support you every step.

My first session

In our initial session, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment to explore your past and present experiences, mental health history, and any current or past traumas. This session will also allow me to get to know you better. This approach helps me plan our future sessions effectively and clearly understand your current situation.
