About me and my therapy practice

Hello, i’m Arfeen a dedicated and compassionate fully qualified counsellor fluent in both English and Hinko. I am a registered member with the BACP and I am fully insured and registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) I work with adults offering face to face and remote counselling (telephone/video) I have also trained as a grief counsellor. I’m here to offer you understanding and support, in a space where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment—a space where your inner world is not only heard but truly understood. I firmly believe that within each individual lies the wisdom and strength to overcome life’s challenges. My role is not to dictate solutions but to empower you to discover your own answers and navigate your journey towards healing and growth.

I specialise is in bereavement and neurodiversity, however with a deep understanding that every person and relationship is unique, I tailor my approach to cater to your specific needs and preferences. Whether you’re grappling with grief, ADHD, autism, or the weight of caregiving responsibilities, I am here to walk alongside you, providing unwavering support and guidance.

My first session

I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation where we can discuss if counselling is right for you, it’s an opportunity for you to discuss your reasons for counselling and ask any questions you may have. It’s also a chance to see if we are a good fit and can establish a therapeutic relationship together.
